If the truth be known, he was probably an MK ULTRA “wind-up toy” zombie that couldn’t quite be controlled the way they wanted. In other words, he was one of their own...thus, the not releasing of the name till they could get all their crap covered up.
But if some kids open a lemonade stand in their front yard, or someone tries to sell a beer brand in the wrong state, or someone refuses to make a homo wedding cake, the full force of the law descends upon them.
