Or you can have a Tahoe that cost over 50K, blow up due to a defective crank shaft that cracked at 80,000 grandma miles, a $7,000 rebuild.

We called GM, it was not under warranty and the guy we spoke to admitted due to EPA regulations on car mileage, they have been forced to use more inferior products to build our cars. Not steel!

Yep. Because of EPA regulations heat transfer tubes in air conditioning have the be made thinner in order in increase heat transfer and efficiency. So it breaks sooner.Designed obsolescence used to be something leftists accused corporations with. It's leftist government meddling that is the real villain!
