(CNN)A mechanic for American Airlines was arrested Thursday and accused of trying to sabotage a commercial airliner shortly before it was set to take off from Miami International Airport for the Bahamas with 150 people on board.
Abdul-Majeed Marouf Ahmed Alani has been charged with "willfully damaging, destroying, disabling, or wrecking an aircraft, and attempting to do so," according to a criminal complaint filed in federal court. Alani allegedly tried to damage or disable the aircraft's air data module (ADM) system, which reports aircraft speed, pitch and other critical data, on July 17.

Just another "lone wolf" at work. And this guy was trying to be the hero, sort of like the firefighter who sets fires to rush in to put them out. But don't worry and don't be quick to judge the religion of peace. Mass condemnation is reserved for innocent gun owners, Christians,Southerners and other white American men. All others exempted.

"Mass condemnation is reserved for innocent gun owners, Christians,Southerners and other white American men."Truth. May as well start naming hurricanes after such people so that they'll be hated more. Still waiting on that 'Hurricane Abdul' name.

Well, who amongst us hasn’t made mistakes in the workplace? I, for instance, occasionally find my company’s pens in my suit pockets. And there’s the personal calls I take on company time...
Simply standing up for the rights of the working man against the corporate oppressor. Bravo, Abdul-Majeed Marouf Ahmed Alani! America was built by honest, hard-working folks like you.

“Abdul-Majeed Marouf Ahmed Alani”
I wonder when the HR Managers in America will get the memo stating that people named thusly should NOT be considered for jobs that could endanger American citizens in any way, shape or form.
I’m mean that way, I guess. *SHRUG*

Fox just had this story on and only identified him as an AA mechanic, no name given. Now we know why.

Terrorism pure and simple. Why is it taking so long for the government to admit the arrest of this terrorist? This shouldve been reported immediately. Now its buried in the news. This is the reason why no Islamic cult member should not be working anywhere in a potentially sensitive position.
