He can recoup the money. Hopefully, he sues all parties concerned and gets paid.

On a side note,(I’m not holding my breath for anyone of these people to be charged and go to prison, as much as they deserve it), but didn’t Yates have something to do with the Flynn case? I’d love to see here perp-walked out of a van, wearing a prison jumpsuit.

If he’s exonerated, his attorney will file a claim for damages and attorney fees. All that he lost will be tied to what they did to him. He can collect all that he lost and treble damages.

He will be fine.

The prosecutors will not be fine, they may be disbarred.

I wonder if he can sue for damages. Yeah, I know, ya can’t sue the government, or so i’ve been told.

I’m not a lawyer, but it seems there are avenues in the law available for him to be made whole — and then some. If there are, Howell will fix the problem. He’ll get them in the end (I hope).
