When you see how deranged and hate-filled so many on the left are, and then consider that there are probably many with the same demeanor who are employed at these tech/social media companies, it becomes apparent that it's essentially inevitable this type of censorship is going to happen.

If we had real conservatives in DC, then they would not even need to invoke anti-trust:
These publicly-traded corporations are committing fiscal malfeasance by creating stock-damaging, politically-motivated public scandals.
They are committing consumer fraud on users by applying the terms of service - a contract - in selective and deceptive ways.
They are violating their obligation to operate as open platforms in exchange for protection from content liability.
