Climate change skeptics have branded protesters who marched through Manhattan on Sunday as hypocrites for leaving litter strewn across the city.
New Yorkers uploaded images to social media sites showing piles of trash - included ditched paper and cardboard signs - left behind after thousands took part in the People's Climate March.
'Their love for the Earth is so real, they couldn't even use a trash can,' one critic, known as @chelsea_elisa on Twitter, wrote beneath an image of an overflowing trash can.
'Somehow this doesn't seem too green 2me,' David Kreutzer, a research fellow at the conservative think tank Heritage Foundation, wrote alongside another photo of litter on the ground.

Of course they are hypocrites..but they were only “Protesting” because their commie teachers told them to and also, hey no having to stay in class all day, they would have protested air if it meant ditching school

most of these kids have been waited on hand and foot by mommykins (and daddykins). they never had any chores because their helicopter parents gauged their parenting on how much of a FRIEND they could be to their kids.

Yes, the amount of trash was unbelievable.
I went to a few Tea Party protests. They left it cleaner than when they started. Some folks even brought extra trash bags in advance!

this is the real scandal. you can read about the 60,000 figure in a number of media outlets, yet FakeNewsMSM then just multiplied it and came up with figures ranging between 250,000 and 300,000
compare with how they try to downplay the numbers at every rally by Pres Trump.
someone needs to expose the lies about the numbers. no way did 4 million march worldwide. doubt if it reach 1 million and many of those were left activists, not children.
