Maybe I just don’t understand, or maybe this guy wasn’t drinking or drunk. Would we still hold “him” accountable for whatever he did but on the other hand say that “she” wasn’t accountable because she was drunk. Maybe they were both so drunk the didn’t know what they were doing.
