Romney is a heel, go look it up, it is a pro wrestling term where a member or a couple members of the club are “bad dudes” to get the audience riled up and angry. They cheat, sneak attacks, talk trash, go after the popular wrestlers, etc.

They are also good at changing subjects, notice George pops up when Trump needs to focus the media on something else. Same with the Mooch. Romney is great at keeping us riled up cause he pisses us off more then Schumer or Pelosi
