I believe that states that have legalized have seen an explosion in the black market.
Why buy from the state when you can get it at half the cost?

I’m embarrassed to say I’m a Pennsylvanian.
They ban cigarettes while they promote weed.
Eventually the trial lawyers will profit from the lawsuits from “victims” of smoking weed.
