Rep. Adam Schiff on Sunday repeated his unfounded allegation that President Trump asked the president of the Ukraine to “manufacture dirt” on former Vice President Joseph R. Biden.
No such language is in a transcript of Mr. Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Republicans over the past two years have accused Mr. Schiff of making up evidence in the Russia probe and at one point asked him to quit as chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
Mr. Schiff, California Democrat, first made the “manufacture dirt” allegation Thursday during a committee hearing, saying he was quoting what was in a transcript of a July call between Mr. Trump and Mr. Zelensky.
When Republicans responded that no such wording exists in the transcript, Mr. Schiff agreed and said he had been doing “parody.”

At some point he needs to be held accountable—censured—for his actions. Congress needs to do this as the voters in his district will likely continue to vote for him. Is there any recourse in the courts for his lies?

The way to counter balance this and hold Schiff accountable is for the GOP Senate to rain subpoenas on the coup conspirators. That won’t be happening because, sadly, the GOP Senate want POTUS impeached just as much as House Democrats do.

Since this is a time where these things have not happened before, the President is not under the rule of law that applies to normal day to day activity... after seeing what smutz did in making up his own letter.. it’s time to realize all this has to be dealt with... pull the plug.. fire those who can be fired and clean the mess up... no more pussyfooting around... clean house!! Rudy would never been confirmed by the Senate. Not in a million years. McConnell has been beyond brazen in blocking Trump’s MAGA nominees.
