Attorneys representing the whistleblower at the center of the Ukraine controversy surrounding President Trump say negotiations over whether the individual will testify on Capitol Hill remain ongoing.
“We continue to work with both parties in the House and Senate and we understand and agree that protecting the whistleblower’s identity is paramount,” the Compass Rose Legal Group said in a statement late Sunday.
“While discussions continue to occur to coordinate and finalize logistics, no date/time has yet been set,” they added.
The statement came hours after Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said that an agreement had been reached for the whistleblower to testify before Congress.

Is the whistleblower getting cold feet? Are Democrats still trying to find someone who can play the role of the whistleblower (like Christine Blasey Ford)?
Did Democrats believe just the alleged accusations of the alleged whistleblower would be enough to force President Trump to resign and when that didnt' work they're left scrambling to manufacture 'evidence' and create a 'motive' narrative they believe can stand-up to scrutiny?

I don’t understand why nobody can know who this so-called whistleblower is (once the position is filled). I have seen several whistleblowers interviewed over the years - their identity out in the open. If Blase-Fraud could come out in the open, so can so-called whistleblower (once the position is filled).
