Theft, violence are real crimes. Using a plant for recreation is not, except that somebody made it so.

Of course! If there is no consequence for the actions, then the actions are free to be done at will................

That’s like saying one shouldn’t help free slaves. Whatever body must repeal the slavery laws.

More arbitrary nullification by a Democrat public official. Maybe we should change the president’s oath to say “faithfully execute the laws that I personally agree with.”

What in the ever lovin’...

How is that statement not just bald-faced racism? You mean that we all “know” that all Black people smoke dope?

This is obvious deflection from Mayor Hogsett’s failures at running the city as violence increases in the city and Hogsett ignores it (like a good lil Democrat)

It’s also election season and this is a political kickback.

A great way to improve your crime stats and hail less black crime is simply not prosecute it. Works every time. Next will be rape, robbery and murder since blacks commit the greatest number of those crimes too.

No - they won’t.

It’s still against the law and if you’re caught with anything else I’m sure they’ll tack the charges on.

Also 1 oz is barely one blunt! And maybe less if you roll a fatty!
