Of course it isn’t going to stop. The vicious Left will only expand their scope after they get Trump. All those Republican quislings like Flake? They may not be the first but their turn will come.
Now that someone can file a whistleblower complaint based on third-hand hearsay, why would it ever stop?

John Adams, as president, could walk down the street from the White House for lunch with friends. Until Kennedy, presidents could be driven through a crowd in a convertible with the top down. Now the president goes out in public in a “Cadillac” that has as much in common with a Cadillac as a Nascar racer has with the car it is trying to visually emulate. It’s really a tank and portable survival chamber that just looks like a Cadillac.
And now that the ice is broken, and the “I didn’t see it firsthand” checkbox has been added, you can throw out all the allegations you want against a politician you don’t like and they can fight this stuff ad-nausium until they are voted out or kill themself.
Why would it stop? There are no consequences.
