Arrested 20 times in 8 years. I blame the prosecutors, who likely let him off with a plea bargain each time.
After the third arrest, there should be a policy of no plea bargain, just bring him to trial, and go for max sentence.

It’s time to have a trail in one month and bring back the hangman..
The Parkland shooter still has not gone to trail...maybe in early 2020
And the lawyers and expert witnesses will cost a million dollars..
The lawyers have been working for a year already
WHY is this dangerous loser out on probation? So he could kill this brave innocent kid?
Well, there you go. You only have to kill someone before LE finally demands of their overlords that a bad guy stay in jail
Those types of requests always have me taken aback, too. Then again, I’m not in their shoes.
