The IG is not making such a claim, he is reporting what the WB stated, which is quoted in the article, but who also checked BOTH boxes stating that they had both firsthand and hearsay information:
“The IG said the whistleblower stated on an initial form Aug. 12 “that he or she possessed both first-hand and other information.””
Stating it doesn’t make it so right? “How dare they!” LOL!
