If it gets enough signers it gets on the ballot as an proposition to recall and allows a vote for another candidate, right?

I don’t remember the details of the Davis impeachment, I am just assuming that it will work the same way as it does in DC!! I am going to have to read up on impeachment process in CA.
YES you are correct recalling a governor is done by the voters, I was thinking of impeachment laws which would be done solely by the state senate!!!
