I really can't say a whole lot to this except if the Left/Deep State actually takes it that far, hopefully folks are prepped for a long winter.

With what power would the legislative arrest anyone? That’s for the executive, the entire branch of which would have to be usurped.

How is Congress going to effectuate these arrests - since it doesn’t have enforcement powers? I think we should do a citizen’s arrest on the clown who wrote this tripe for fomenting subversion.
To: Tench_Coxe
Wait until 3 million armed Trump supporters are roaming the halls of congress. That’ll stop all this nonsense in its tracks.

They’re really freaking out now if they’re arresting people associated with people associated with Trump, like those two arrested that were friends of Giuliani.

It’s not that there are idiot lawyers like this out there. It’s just that the NYT chose to print it.

Friggin attempt at attention grabbing.
To: Tench_Coxe
Which law enforcement agency is going to do this? Stupid “Law Professor” is too stupid to even understand basic government.
Legislative can only write law, Executive enforces the law, and the Supreme court is the arbiter of the law. Hence this law professor should be ashamed of himself that he doesn’t understand the basic components of Federal LAW.
