Citizens in the central European state of Slovenia -- the home country of First Lady Melania Trump -- have formed a civil defense force to put a stop to illegal Muslim migrants entering their country from Croatia.
And unlike in the U.S., where the media and politicians attack vigilante groups that defend the border as racist and "dangerous," the government is actively supporting these volunteers, and the media is heralding them as patriotic.
The Balkan route for Islamic migrants heading north from Turkey and Greece into Germany is well-known. However, thanks to Hungary’s national populist Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, the classic Balkan route which starts from Turkey or Greece, goes through Serbia, and then into Hungary has been sealed off.
‘Replacement Migration’, as the United Nation puts it, now comes mainly comes through Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia, and Austria. This is the alternative route that’s been established for illegal migrants to gain entry to Western and Northern Europe’s welfare states.
But patriotic Slovenian citizens have come together to stop the relentless flow of illegal migration. The group of concerned citizens has formed a civil defense union to help the Slovenian army capture illegal migrants who’re trying to make their way through the country, Euronews reports.

It’s great to see citizen patriots protecting their country. Maybe we’ve reached a turning point and this will spread.

ImVho, IF we had a volunteer force of 10,000 ex-GIs, retired police, etc. to seal the border against drugs, human trafficers & illegals, we could do what the US government refuses to do. = Just look at what a FEW Texas Border Volunteers accomplished with little money, equipment and/or a single dime of government “help”.

I have always been proud of First Lady Melania and her homeland.
My Slovenian grandfather was a WWI vet, coal miner, and boiler operator (SNPJ member for those in the know).
Glad to see Slovenians defending their country against the Muslim onslaught. This is a war of civilization against sheer barbarism.
It is wonderful that God has provided a president and first lady who understand the war on civilization, and are relentless, powerful fighters for it, and the most beautiful first lady ever!

FYI, I wrote to both TX Senators, our US Representative & President Trump & suggested the establishment of the Citizen’s Defense Service Corps to not only CLOSE the borders but also be prepared to respond to horrific manmade or natural disasters.= ImVho, we SENIORS/retirees are a vastly underutilized source of experienced volunteers to accomplish those tasks acceptably & at a LOW cost to the government.

In yet another case, a group of us “retired military folks” suggested that the CCC be reformed to CLEANUP & FIX UP the parks & national monuments, when RWR was in office.
(We were told that President Reagan was in favor of the idea.)
We were told that we couldn’t meet with our HoR member (despite the fact that we had made appointments to see him/her) UNLESS we had $$$$$$$$$ to give him/her.
It’s all about the money.
