As I’ve posted several times on other threads, Creepy Joe appears to be afflicted with a serious psychological illness known as Frotteurism. This illness causes a paraphilic interest in rubbing against a non-consenting person for sexual pleasure. It often involves touching any part of the body, including the genital area.
He seems to enjoy going on a sexual power trip over these girls, and also over the public. He’s been able to get away with this right out in the open because he’s (at that time) Vice President of the United States. You have to wonder how he ever became a senator, really.
