RE: Perry never impressed me as being very bright.
He doesn’t have a doctorate in Philosophy or analytical chemistry if you get my drift. But the man is a DOER and that’s what we need in government.
I agree on the good things being done and he is to be commended for that. His boss (DJT) ordered it and Perry and the Energy Dept. followed those orders.
I stand by what I said from a personal observation: He never impressed me as being very bright.
