This scenario keeps going through my head.

When I worked in a SCIF (For those that don't know that ACRONYM is: Secure Compartmented Information Facility) while in the military and I left with a thumb drive in my pocket. I was then randomly stopped by a security person my defense would be "I didn't mean to do it."

I don't think that would fly and I would no longer have my clearance. Different standard for the State Department I assume.
