F ormer CIA director John Brennan calls the Justice Department’s widening probe into Spygate’s origins “bizarre.” It has no “legal basis,” he bleats. What’s bizarre is that the expanding inquiry didn’t happen earlier. Brennan’s responsibility for criminal leaks during the Obama administration’s investigation of Trump has been obvious for at least two years. Even Trump hater Peter Strzok, the FBI liaison to John Brennan, couldn’t believe the leaks coming out of his shop. Referring to Brennan’s agents as “sisters,” Strzok said to his mistress Lisa Page, “our sisters have begun leaking like mad. Scorned and worried and political, they’re kicking in to overdrive.” The “leaking like mad” began in the thick of the 2016 campaign, as the feverishly partisan John Brennan sought to sabotage Donald Trump before Election Day. Has John Durham, the U.S. attorney assigned to the probe of the Obama administration’s spying on Trump, talked to Harry Reid about Brennan’s leaking? He should. Recall Brennan’s blatant disclosure of classified information about the investigation to the former Nevada senator in the late summer/early fall of 2016. Reid has told reporters that Brennan used him as the conduit for that leak against Trump during the campaign: “Why do you think he called me?”

Brennan was the one who got rid of inconvenient documents and people to clear the way for the Kenyanesian Usurpation.
His reward was being named CIA Director.
Who is the former CIA director to tell the DOJ what has “legal basis”.

i would love to know if brennan was responsible for all the seals that were on that one helicopter that was shot down... it seems like a very convenient coincidence... having them all on one helicopter...

Don’t get your hopes up we live in a multi tiered legal system. The rules don’t apply to Brennan et al.

Technically Brennan is not military.
But CIA definitely conducts military operations.
There is most likely some determination about the status of directors and operators engaged in those operations. Possibly it subjects them to UCMJ. Probably not.
Regardless, his actions both in his office and out with regard to the President have been not just outrageous but undoubtedly criminal. They thought they would a) get away with it and b) never have to confront a President Trump with it.
The mask of neutrality was torn from his face to reveal a vindictive, vicious and evil partisan using the most classified part of the government for his own political ends. Did Obama order him to? We all know the answer.
So no, it would be a stretch to do a tribunal. But maybe not a big one. These guys can’t have it both ways: getting to operate as a secret military force but never being legally liable for their actions as a military.
Hang him.
