It asserts the Democrats should have unlimited power to compel testimony by subpoena (harassment) of Trump supporters, or even the President himself, while Republicans may take actions only with the consent of the Democrat chairman.
The conclusions of the Committee are already written. They only need to fabricate a plausible excuse for them. Perjury will be no obstacle to this.
