Thank you. I get so tired of telling everyone.....it wasn’t an EO!!!! It was nothing more than a bureaucrat decision about enforcement and shouldn’t even be in a courtroom...let alone the Supreme Court.

A Memo ?!?!?!? Thanks for setting us straight. I would hope that give President Trump even MORE authority to recind the memo.
