Smiling because people just don’t consider that. I have fam ily in Florida who choose their home ‘above the city’ because they know Hurricans bring high water. Sure enough a bad one hit and flooded the city but they were safe and dry..and well prepared.
I love the concrete dome home there that survived a number of hurricanes fairly unscathed.
