exactly right...it actually was 89.8% - 10.2% this time...

I should have screen-shotted what I was seeing last night.

All Rispone’s parishes had completed their counts when orleans still was at 46% counted. Jefferson was at 50% counted and a few more RAT parishes were sitting @ 60%.
Granted, there were more polling places and more voters.
Might be standard as this is the first time I’ve looked closer at LA elections.
Just thought it was weird.

More interesting than Orleans Parish are parishes in Acadia.

Very conservative areas that vote for the candidate that is most Cajun.
