“Men who get their periods are men,” ACLU’s official Twitter account told over 1.7 million followers Tuesday. “Men who get pregnant and give birth are men.

I suppose that might be true in a hypothetical sense. The problem is that "men" don't get their periods, nor do they give birth. Therefore, the "men who get their periods" part of that statement is nonsense.
