Darn, I can’t find yesterday’s article but it seemed to say there is some power Nadler has over allowing or disallowing witnesses, testimony and transcripts to be used in the Senate during the referral resulting in a Senate trial.

Can that be true?

Now I want to know more than ever.
Experts on FR, please help. Thanks.

Nadler is chair of the Judiciary committee which has to hold the actual impeachment hearings. He has control there but I do not think that he has any control once it goes to the Senate.

Dems are so evil. Trump is probably the least corrupt President ever.
