There is a RICO process in Washington that involves former officials at CIA and staffers in Congress, the Democratic party and their consultants, and they truly have formed a conspiracy. My suggestion would be to start with the phone traffic of the White House on election evening 2016. The staff there must have had a panic like no other starting around 9:30 pm - and it’s not hard to imagine them calling other members of the conspiracy as they realized how much they had to deep six. Think of pen register level information (tracing of calls, number originating, number dialed, connect time, call duration but not call content) on all the phones in the Obama White House, and phones belonging to Obama administration employees on the election evening and into the following day. You would have a road map of the conspiracy right there.
