well, I’ve been telling you all for months that the IG is a Bureau faithful, and Deep State to the core. If he found any glaring misconduct- it will all be blamed on some anonymous clerk, and they’ll call it over..... Still holding out some hopes for Durham.

Aside from the fact that this is the NYT, I don't believe we have seen any evidence of the FBI attempting to place anyone inside the Trump campaigne have we? Apparently there were operatives placed inside the Trump WH, but I can't think of anyone uncovered in the campaign.
They have had a joyful time destroying most of DJT's campaign staff... probably didn't think they needed to plant anyone in a campaign they were sure would fail.
Too much overlap with US Attorney John Durham for IG Horowitz to go wander off into the safety of the Deep State weeds.

I specifically recall a certain Russian female, who could not even enter the U.S., not only suddenly being given access, but being brought into the U.S., and escorted to the Trump Tower, by the FBI, so she could get a certain meeting with anyone with the last name of Trump, for the express purpose of setting up Team Trump for “deep state” justification of an further attempts to frame and eliminate them.
As well, on the way to Trump Tower, and after leaving Trump Tower, she was briefed and debriefed by what has been reported as FBI agents.
Additionally, multiple agencies were involved and working together in all of this.
If it was not the FBI specifically in charge, then was it CIA taking administrative point, and FBI simply providing logistical support...?
Even in this, there would be many legal and regulatory violations, and it would require top of the food chain intervention!
Regardless of his jurisdiction and IG investigatory boundaries, if Horowitz is found to have been collecting and burrying, or attempting for left wing political purposes, to hide or mitigate damning evidence for any part of the myriad of guilty conspirators in an actual planned coup, in a just world, that arrogant smirk of his would need to suffer the same judgement as anyone found guilty of treason against the United States.

Literally, Comey’s past investigation and effort included a game of redefining legal terminology, so the FBI could let HRC get away scott free, even though she was and is a true criminal liar, and thug, who flagrantly violated numerous higher level criminal federal laws!
Essentially the FBI went out of it’s way, and broke it’s own everything, just to say Team Clinton was “negligent” and without “intent”!
If the NYT story is accurate, the Horowitz report is really saying the same thing, “mistakes were made” = “negligence”, which is the deflection ploy used by Comey regarding Clinton lawlessness! There might be a fall guy or two, but the real players, like HRC, Obama, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Rosy etc etc... get cover from the IG!
If this eight thousandth leak (leaks themselves are often violations), is legitimate, then it is simply a repeat of the exact same anti-American weaponize PLOY BOOK the FBI has been using all along!
If this Horowitz report is as bad as the last, it is itself designed to disued further Legislative investigation.
This strategy has worked before as well, serving to provide cover for media talking heads and certain Senators with their constituents.
No undercover F.B.I. agents or informants.
Is there a particular, law-enforcement-or-F.B.I. specific usage of those terms, and so anyone put within the campaign doesn’t fit those definitions?
OR, did the F.B.I. only facilitate someone ELSE putting in informants or agents (Ciamarella, Vindman)?

Oh really? Unprecedented access to their own IG who already has subpoena power within the agency for everything.
This is propaganda of the highest order, now being promulgated as fact even by Fox News on Thanksgiving day when everyone is home for the holiday. Fox should be ashamed of itself.
We know the names of the spies who the FBI sent to spy on Carter Page and Popodopolos, and we know the FBI contracted them to do so. And we also know that the warrants from the FISA court used the Steele Dossier ( an unverified fraudulent document) to illegally obtain the necessary FISA warrants, whether they were “technically” correct or not.
Now the spin leaks begin.If the report does not genuinely address the issues and does not make people accountable, creating only a few fall guys, then our nation is n deep trouble, and it will eventually lead to continuing division and civil war. Say goodbye to the Republic .
The FISA court should be disbanded if they can’t control the fraud perpetrated by federal agencies that are weaponized against the People.
The SLIMES and the Dems have a lot to gain by altering the facts. And they have an early start.
So, how do they know this if the haven’t seen it?
Horowitz is part of the Deep State. A special counsel needs to be assigned to investigate Obama spying on Trump.
