I was wondering if possession of a narwhal tusk was legal. I dunno about London, but I found this:

"Narwhals have been a protected species since 1972 and importation is prohibited. We have a selection of old tusks for sale that were imported in the mid-1900s and are legal to sell anywhere in the U.S. (with the exception of New Jersey)."

Why am I not surprised that narwhal tusks are illegal to buy and sell in New Jersey?

The Narwhal lobby in NJ is very politically active with all those susceptible Dims in charge now.... Not that the Pubicans formerly in charge were all that distinctive.
