Thomas Lifson at American Thinker has a good theory, that guys like Nadler could not withstand a primary challenge such as AOC has promised (and delivered). So, they MUST impeach to keep their comfy gig.

“Evidence is unchallenged” ? Give me a f’n break. Unchallenged only in the sense that no one was allowed to challenge it.

That will change in the Senate IF they proceed with articles, and so will the lots of D reps.

Karlan did the cause of liberalism no favors with her demeanor. She’s an angry sexual deviant-—considered for the Supreme Court, too.....my God.

If we were in the Dirty Dozen and Lee Marvin said “Choose your first target when you get inside but just get the job done now.” whom would you choose?

Nadler, yeah, no wait, Schiff deserves some justice, but there’s Pelosi and that Al Green is so loathsome....

Tough choice for our schadenfreude. (Didn’t prompt you with Leftist Biased News Media People. Just corrupt political vermin.)

noun: Schadenfreude——
pleasure derived by someone from another person’s misfortune. And the justice I meant was to give them a signed copy of Triggered by Donald Trump, Jr.

Nadler photo....

Good picture but Nadler doesn’t wear his blue makeup except in a motel room with his special boyfriends. Knew it was fake by that.

When you search for images of Pamela Karlan, you can find this beauty from her youth. As you can see, even the search engine thinks she looks like a young Harold Ramis!

A minor child deserves privacy and should be kept out of politics. Pamela Karlan, you should be ashamed of your very angry and obviously biased public pandering, and using a child to do it.

I remember there were some nasty references to Chelsie back in the day right here on FR. Shame we have come to that but there will be no nasty comments concerning Obama's spawn, if he really has any.

Nadler, another old smelly red who should have been institutionalized decades ago.

a growing sense among most of the general public that lawyers are the most utterly repulsive people on the planet.

Don't forget judges, who behave more like black-robed tyrants. And that's at all levels.

That theory is ignorant of how the machine politics works in that district. Nadler is functionally immune from being voted out of office in an election.

It was actually an excerpt in Lifson's column referencing an earlier Dov Fischer Spectaor column. For your consideration:

Nadler has been in Congress for 27 years. Basically, a Liberal Democrat Congressman named Ted Weiss dropped dead literally the day before the 1992 New York primaries, and the party basically gave the open seat to Nadler. It is a super-safe Democrat Liberal district that has not gone Republican for more than a century. Nadler now is in his 70s, no longer a spring chicken. His job is safe and sound as long as he does not face a Democrat primary — and he never does.

At age 72, after nearly three cushy decades in the seat, he simply is not up for a primary. Think: Joe Crowley. Nadler is not about to go walking the district, knocking on doors, glad-handing, and begging for votes. After a quarter century, he is like the other septuagenarians in that situation, comfortably ensconced in power, unable to give it up, yet unable to campaign vigorously for it. At the first whisper of "Primary!," they throw in the towel.

I was in the next room when Nadler was selected for that seat.

He will not face a primary. He simply won’t. That is not how that district works. For all intents and purposes that district is full-blown Communist and whoever the machine wants the machine gets. Nadler is there because he does the machine’s bidding, and as long as that’s the case there will be no challenger.

But yesterday’s hearing continued excavating the hole that the Democrats’ collective Trump Derangement Syndrome has dug for themselves.

If Nadler was Scottish his name would be Phil McCavity.
