A protected habitat of butterflies along the Rio Grande is expected to be plowed over to clear the way for President Trump's border wall after the U.S. Supreme Court rebuffed a challenge by environmental groups. The justices this week upheld a District Court ruling to allow the Trump administration to bypass 28 federal laws, including the Endangered Species Act, the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Clean Air Act, to be waived for southern border wall construction.

This makes no sense. Are the enviro-nazis writing their own court orders?

Test the new wall by catapulting the judge over it!

Who gives a shi! with court orders. Everything constitutional has been broken down or destroyed that these judges can go suck a banana. Does that jackass judge have an army to stop them or maybe Texas will give him a real headache.

This is how anyone, including Trump, should answer these judges.

They/he/she has ruled. Let they/he/she enforce it.

Irreparably harmed the butterfly habitat? Did they pave it over with concrete? No? than any native plants harmed can be replanted. Does the fence keep the butterflies from migrating?
From what I see they could fly over quite easily but if they were lay and unambitious like democrats they could just fly through it. Sorry I call ‘Just can’t give a damn’ on it.

It isn’t so much a concern for
the butterflies as the border
wall will cut right thru the
sanctuary.
From an article I was reading
in The Guardian;
“Many of the properties people choose to visit to see birds, butterflies and threatened and endangered species are all going to be behind the border wall. For us, the economic impact is potentially catastrophic.”
From what I’ve read elsewhere, there will
be gates installed that will allow access
to both sides of the wall while the refuge
is open.
