I’ll just wait until most the dust has settled.
Check back in a day or three when there is a greater consensus on what is being said and what is being meant.
At least the release was not delayed yet again.
The way all IG reports are phrased, there is something for everybody/. There will never be a consensus. The tactic is to hope for a slow burn of public anger, then settle back into complacency while the government continues unmolested and unchecked.
