nothing in Comey’s statement indicates the dossier was used in the analysis presented in the ICA of 01/06/2017.
The public got a declassified version of that ICA document which did not include the dossier in an appendix.
It’s not up to Barr. It’s up to Congress to make the referral to the DOJ for prosecution.

I can see the Judge in the Flynn case throw out the plea and dismiss the charges. It’s apparent the FBI used information gained through “fruits of the poisonous tree” to entrap Flynn. I don’t believe this Judge, going by his past history, is going to sign onto the DOJ’s abuse of the system.
I have always maintained that Brennan was the chief architect behind the whole Russian Scenario and the resultant hoax investigations. I don’t know whether Durham or Barr will ever nail him, but he is the head of the whole scenario to include foreign agency complicity. Trust me. He is the guy at the top of this. Stay Tuned!
Flynn still hasn't been sentenced! His new attorney found so many irregularities in how Mueller and the DOJ handled him that she's pitching for all charges to be dropped.
The DOJ asked the judge to delay the sentencing again, until after this report dropped. Now that we have it, I assume we will get back to the sentencing hearing.
Seeing as the FBI and DOJ and Mueller basically got a pass in the OIG report, I don't think it's that helpful to Flynn's case.
