What God has ordained will not be changed by his creatures - that’s you and me. We cannot change hurricanes, tornadoes - we cannot interchange spring and winter. Weather has it’s natural order and since the day of creation climate has constantly changed according to a divine plan. A plan of which we have only a glimpse. So stop spending billions to change it.
