The most likely way to frustrate the evil designs of those at the top and a minority of truly power hungry and controlled obsessed individuals is to not cooperate period. No grand remonstrances, etc. If the VAANG is ordered in any fashion to execute what is clearly both an unconstitutional and evil order do not show up to play. Ditto for county governments. Have one or two mayors put the entire workforce on an indefinite paid LOA and then sign off himself.The other half of the equation is mass civil disobedience. Note, while most mass protests would be unarmed, civil disobedience does not embrace pacifism and deliberate targeting of certain places and abusive persons is a definite tactic. All of this is based on the strength of mass individual actions.If there are people who want to play guerrilla let them but be very clear they are not part of the people's constitutional protest movement.
