Every little thug, whether 13 years old or 33 years old, should bump into someone who is thug-proof. I'd rather see 1,000 funerals a year for thugs who chose the wrong victim than one funeral a year for their innocent victims.

They obviously have been taught this behavior.
They don’t need to be. Children who are not controlled and given discipline will learn this crap all on their own.

If you are implying that it is a lib breeding ground, I wonder what kind of cognitive dissonance will be going on with the students, between the leftist crap that they hear from the profs and the (surely) unpunished violence that they see with their eyes in front of them. Its a “crime” that the cure has to be so costly.
The answer is yes, it looks like gang initiation.
The conclusion is gangs are always a problem, and the problem is growing.
Historically, gangs want to be under the radar. Secret is their key.
The solution is to create public awareness.

Yup. The PARENTS need to be accountable. If not, they are effectively condoning bad behavior.

Imagine the diseases we could've cured, the world-class cities built, the science advanced with the money we have spent on this useless underclass of criminals and a culture that enables them, and who will never amount to anything.
