Schiff isn't sounding very confident with Wallace as he regurgitates his own set of facts in response to Wallace grilling. Wallace doesn't challenge much but Schitt did not adequately answer any charges, imho. Trump haters may disagree but I don't know how.

Schiff says he's not a fact witness, but admits whistleblower did contact his committee. Schitt maintains Pres. has no right to separation of powers in his refusal to submit docs and deny witnesses. Schitt apparently wants executive powers for the legislative branch.

Supreme Court seems ready to answer that separation of powers argument. Nixon was pretty close to correct when he said "If the President does it, it's not illegal." If Congress deems it so, they can impeach..

We hear "for only the 3rd time in US history, impeachment". Yes, but "Never has a president been impeached with a 100% partisan vote. " IOW, there has always been non-partisan agreement that Jackson, Nixon, or Clinton needed to be impeached or resign.
