My wife watches Hallmark, and I’ll look up from my book once in a while. The movies are formulaic, but they provide wholesome, non-offensive, and sometimes uplifting entertainment that I’m surprised anyone even makes anymore. I’m glad there’s a place (outside of the oldies TV channels) that has programming free of the nasty, nihilistic, darkened-souled psycho trash that’s on most of the other channels. I’m glad there is still an audience for that. It says something positive about the country’s soul.
I hope viewers keep holding Hallmark’s feet to the fire. People need to do the same for the advertisers. I believe one of the advertisers in question was Applebee’s. I wish the companies would just show me their freaking products in their ads and not feel they have to send some kind of socially-relevant message along with it.

Unfortunately if you pay for cable, Hulu or Philo you are paying for the Hallmark channel whether you want to or not. Just like you pay for CNN and MSNBC.
So because they were going to lose at most 30 viewers they caved to the lgbt-klan?

In other words, these people are NEVER satisfied and the company offends its 98% base for absolutely nothing.
The culture war isn’t lost in other parts of the world. Just here and in Western Europe.
So Halmark is FORCED to promote homosexuality. This is not freedom. This is not liberty.
They can run the ads for the 3am crowd.
That’s a start but the have a headquarters building and that place should be under siege 24/7 until they change back to a righteous standard. If direct confrontation does not take place there is little hope that the country can be saved.
