On a related but seemingly unrelated topic, the DC suburban sprawl into Virginia has turned its state government blue and that has resulted by design in draconian gun control laws that are blatantly in violation of the 2nd Amendment

With all things remaining the same, the patriots in Virgina WILL WIN THAT FIGHT.

It’s not about winning, it’s about timing.

It’s a state action so it can only go to federal appeals court on constitutional grounds.

Think about how long it takes for a state court case to wind itself through the federal appellate process.

It can be 2021 before the appeal can be won.

In the meantime, the Left led by Pelosi et al are going to remove the President and Pence because they have to.

Pelosi as Speaker will become President and Commander in Chief.
