If key career employees in the (NAME HERE) Department, have been conspiring with Senators, Representatives and Secretary of, with oversite of the (NAME HERE) Department for years, for the shared compensation of Federal funds marked for the (NAME HERE) Department business, how many people could be involved? NAME HERE could be State, Energy, Education, HUD, Justice... Obama's 1st 2 years of office and Congress at that time, could have done anything to us. This could be why only ObamaCare got passed.
