Anyone found to be illegally present in this country twice should get a minimum of 10 years in Federal prison. The first time they should be put on trail and given a suspended 10 year sentence and immediately deported. If they're caught a second time that 10 year sentence is "un-suspended".
And yes,I.m willing to pay higher taxes to build the additional prisons as well as to fund other costs.
