Trump may refuse to speak in the House....He may want the Senate chamber instead. Excellent idea! Pass this along to President Trump. Anything that makes Pelosi soil her pants is a good thing.

Good point. They use the House chamber because it is large enough for both House and Senate, scotus justices and guests. He could speak in the Senate chamber and not invite the House to attend. He can send them a copy of the speech in the mail the next day.,
