There’s video of some guy accosting Schitt in a restaurant - told him he’d be tried for ‘treason’ and recited his Miranda rights to him .... no, he wont’ be tried for treason, but it was still an uncomfortable moment. Schitt thinks he’s “immune”, but eventually, bad things happen to bad people & Schitt is cruising for a bad Karma bruising.

If I were McConnell I would make it clear to Pelosi that limits on witnesses to be called during the trial were not on the table.
If she can’t accept that she can keep the bill of Impeachment in the House and forget about it.

Now I know why Pelosi won’t send the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate. There is no Democrat with half-a-brain to act as a House Manager.
But it’s ok with all the money dealings with Ukraine, Hillary and Obama selling our Uranium to Russia, Bill getting 500K to speak in Russia, Hillary lying and destroying phones and emails, etc.
But that’s all OK.
Page was working for the CIA, but I doubt there was any innocence involved. Brennan was running operations against Trump. The news media suddenly pops up numerous articles questioning Trump’s lack of foreign policy background and advisors. A man working for the CIA suddenly gets it into his head to volunteer to help Trump. Same CIA informant becomes the excuse for surveilling the Trump campaign, using a falsified FISA application and warrant obtained by claiming Page was an agent of a foreign power. What happy coincidences!
I doubt Page was given the big picture, or told he would be used to get a FISA warrant to spy on Trump. He might have been told to keep his eyes open and report any suspicious Trump campaign contacts with Russkies, and await further orders. IMO Page was used, but not innocent.

Bingo, Rush was saying this months ago, albeit a different twist. He thought impeachment wouldn’t happen as the dems couldn’t let the senate have the narrative. I don’t think he envisioned this path, but the premise may have been spot on.
It’s hard for Sociopaths to sympathize.
