To play devil’s advocate, how has that “war on drugs” been working out for this country? How many billions of dollars and lives wasted?
Well, someone is making big bux at it.
Until we start publicly executing drug dealers, nothing will change.
The War on Drugs was/is a joke, and everyone knows it. But no one talks about the consequences, thouseands of OD deaths, legions of drug zombies and homeless taking over our cities, exploding crime rates, both violent and property.
My oldest son was addicted to meth and is in recovery. Incarceration, and threat of longer term incarceration, happened to be one of the most important tools that helped put him on the road to recovery. From experience, I think Mayor Pete is peddling a bad idea.
My son has been clean for about 18 months now.
Stop trying to make sense. Everyone knows that keeping drugs illegal has made drug use extremely rare. Drug laws keep people from using drugs.
The war on drugs has been an epic failure
The only thing worse is drug legalization, as we are discovering with states that legalize pot
No one in our family died. We stayed away from drugs for the most part, and somehow did just fine in life.
You may not be interested in war, but war is interested in you.
Drug abuse outcomes are interested in you as well.
