ANKARA (Reuters) - President Tayyip Erdogan said on Thursday that up to 250,000 migrants were fleeing from the northwestern Syrian region of Idlib towards Turkey, adding that Ankara was trying to prevent them from crossing its border.

Turkey hosts some 3.7 million Syrian refugees, the largest refugee population in the world. It fears a new wave from Idlib, where up to 3 million Syrians live in the last rebel-held swathe of territory, after Russian and Syrian government forces last month intensified their bombardment of targets in the region.

"Right now, 200,000 to 250,000 migrants are moving towards our borders. We are trying to prevent them with some measures, but it's not easy. It's difficult, they are humans too," Erdogan told a conference in Ankara.

Yeah this.
After supporting al Qaeda and other militants for years, and turning Idlib into Jihad land, Erdogan is reaping the results.

Gee, and how much of this is caused by Erdogan’s attack on the Kurds in Northern Syria?

The OTHER option would have been to NOT join Hillary and Obama in trying to overthrow Assad.

Oh well, too late.

They were Turkish supported members of the “Syrian opposition” and their families, which we know the majority of whom were Islamic fundamentalists and a majority of them part of radical militias. They fled to the northwestern province of Syria, under Erdogan’s protection, along with ISIS members, as the “Syrian opposition” and ISIS both fell apart.

Erodgan helped create and support the Syrian opposition, as well as supporting ISIS, and now he complains their remnants are trying to flee to Syria.

I believe Erdogan behaves like Mussolini at the time. He sees his little victorious war didn’t come his way and he is now planning to focus of Libya. Didn’t work for Mussolini. Also Mussolini had Hitler and Erdogan had Obama when things started. Now it is a little bit more complicated. There is a chance that Erdogan falsely identifies with Suleiman I and there won’t be another Ottoman Empire.
