This is Jean-Luc Brunel, who owns the modeling agency MC².

He specialized in female models under age 12 and part of his business was owned by Jeffrey Epstein. His business focus and the recreational interests of his biz partner intersected. Its really horrifying and deeply saddening that so many lives have been destroy or lost just because some rich/famous guys want young girls to get themselves off. They are no better than the pervert on the street looking into windows or talking a girl into their car for the same reason.
