Cotton, do you have any insight into when the President will resubmit some (or all) of the 32 judicial nominations that the Senate returned to him yesterday under the Senate rules?
I see that the Judiciary Committee has a “nomination hearing” on their calendar for January 8th. I have no idea how to get a copy of their agenda for that meeting. I’m particularly interested in Andrew Brasher, Trump’s nominee for the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, who was among the 32. I see Brasher as a potential future Trump Supreme Court nominee.
