Yep...Daily Mail was making a big deal about the Brits not being informed. DM is very anti Trump and anti US
DM itself often seems unsupportive, but their comment sections are almost always overwhelmingly supportive of conservative (aka ‘the right thing’) viewpoints.
Their government are generally cowards, but the average native folk still have some fight left in ‘em, imho.
